BEAMISH: Sunday, November 3, Monday, November 4, and Tuesday, November 5, Beamish Hall Hotel, gates open 5pm, fireworks display begins 7.30pm, tickets are £6 and under 3’s have free entry, car parking is £5 per vehicle, the event includes flame cannon shows, street food, an interactive theatre, fire poi dancers, and fairground rides.

BISHOP AUCKLAND: Saturday, November 2, Flatts Farm, gates open 4pm, fireworks display starts 7pm, adult ticket is £10, child (4 to 11yrs) and young adult (12 to 17yrs) tickets are £5.00, children up to 3yrs free when sitting on an adult’s knee. The event is a pyromusical, a food and beverage village is located behind the Tribune at the site.

BURNOPFIELD: Saturday, November 2, Lintz Hall Farm, from 4pm until late, tickets start at £5, the event is free for those under the age of two, car parking passes are available for £5, the event has a huge array of entertainment on offer for the whole family, including a fire and angle grinding show, live bands, games and activities in the barn, magicians, fairground rides for all ages and a giant bonfire, a fancy dress competition with prizes for winners, and there will be a professional photography station and a photo booth to create a record of the evening, those who want to hold onto Halloween for a while longer can enjoy spooky street theatre and a family-friendly version of the iScream scare maze, the event will include a food and drink village.

CHESTER-LE-STREET: Sunday, November 3, Riverside Park, gates open 4pm, fireworks display at 6.30pm, tickets are £5.50 plus a booking fee, free entry for children under 7, CBBC’s Annie Guy will sing songs from some of this year’s films, there will be live music from singer songwriter Geoff Mull from Newcastle, fireworks display will have a family movies theme and will be accompanied by songs from The Lion King, Aladdin, Frozen and more, there will also be an opportunity for children to meet and greet with characters from the movies, food stalls and a fully licensed bar will be accessible, this year the event will be held in association with Pride Radio and in partnership with The Fire Fighters Charity.

CHESTER-LE-STREET: Saturday, November 2, Chester-le Street Cricket Club, 31st Annual Fireworks Event, fireworks display at 6pm, adult ticket £5, child ticket £3.

CHILTON: Friday, November 1, Charlie Wayman Playing Fields, event begins 5.30pm with fun fair rides and catering, fireworks display will begin 6.30pm, entry is by ticket only which can be obtained from the Town Council office, tickets are priced at £2 per adult and £1 for school children, in the interest of public safety tickets have been restricted to 1000, residents are asked to walk to the event to alleviate parking and traffic problems, no dogs are allowed on the site and sparklers are not permitted, Chilton Town Council have organised the display this year.

COXHOE: Tuesday, November 5, Active Life Centre fields, Linden Grove, gates open at 4.30pm, fireworks display at 6.30pm, tickets are £1 per person for residents of the Parish of Coxhoe and Quarrington Hill and are £2 for everyone else, including those from neighbouring villages, evidence of living in the Parish area is required to secure wristbands in the first phase of sale, for those travelling from Quarrington Hill there will be parking at the village hall car park.

DARLINGTON: Saturday, November 2, Firthmoor Community Centre, Burnside Road, event starts at 3pm to finish at 9pm, free entry, includes fairground rides, live music, market stalls and more.

DARLINGTON: Sunday, November 3, Darlington Railway Athletic Club, Brinkburn Road, 6pm until 8pm, £2 per ticket.

DARLINGTON: Tuesday, November 5, Northern Echo Arena, Neasham Road, 5.30pm – 9.30pm, £6 per ticket, includes multiple attractions with food vendors, fairground games and rides for all ages.

DURHAM: Saturday, November 2, Framwellgate School, Newton Drive, DH1 5BQ, tickets £5 for adults (16 and over), £3 for 15’s and under, £14 for a family ticket (2 adults, 2 children aged 3 to 15), free entry for youngsters under 2.

FERRYHILL: Monday, November 4, gates open at 5pm, fireworks display at 7pm, £2 per ticket for residents of Ferryhill, £3 per ticket for residents from other towns and villages, children under 3 free entry, tickets for the event are available from Ferryhill Town Hall, includes performance from 2017 Semi-Finalist of Britain’s Got Talent Jamie Lee Harrison, the fireworks display will be space themed to tie in with the 50th anniversary of man first stepping foot on the Moon.

NEWTON AYCLIFFE: Tuesday, November 5, Oak Leaf Sports Complex School, display to start 7.15pm, for Newton Aycliffe residents only, entry is free, however those wishing to attend must apply for a wristband.

PETERLEE: Tuesday, November 5, Helford Road Playing Fields, gates open 5.30pm, fireworks display 6.30pm, free entry, fun fair rides and children’s entertainment are accessible before the fireworks, display is low noise, the pavilion will be open for food and refreshments.

SEAHAM: Friday, November 1, Terrace Green and George Elmey Lifeboat Way, Seaham sea front, 6.30pm, free entry.

SEDGEFIELD: Sunday, November 3, Hardwick Hall Hotel, event starts at 4.30pm, fireworks display 7.15pm, tickets £4 under 5’s free entry, advanced VIP parking tickets £2 per car, admission on the night £5 (cash only) under 5’s free admission, car parking on the night £2 per car (cash only) in Hardwick Park car park, the night also offers food stalls, large bonfire & children’s rides.

SPENNYMOOR: Tuesday, November 5, High Whitworth Playing Fields, gates open 5.30pm, fireworks display 6.30pm, tickets available from the town hall for Parishioners only, any remaining tickets will be open to non-residents after October 31.

STANLEY: Saturday, November 2, Oakies Park, event starts at 5pm, spooky fireworks display at 7pm, entry is free, the event is supported by funding from Stanley Town Council and Stanley Events, there will be live music from artists including Channy Thompson, Jessie Dale, Savannah Lily and Sarita Playfair, food and refreshment stalls and a licensed bar are accessible, event includes funfair rides and face painting.

NORTH YORKSHIRE

BEDALE: Saturday November 2, bonfire lit at 6.15pm, parking available in town provided by BSA, admission free.

CATTERICK VILLAGE: Tuesday, November 5. The Friends of St Anne’s and the Catterick Village Sports Association are holding a bonfire on the sports ground. Funds raised will be for St Anne’s and CVSA.

DANBY WISKE: Saturday, November 2, 6.30pm, in the bonfire field. Bonfire, fireworks display, food on sale. Suggested donation towards next year’s fireworks display is £4 adults, £2 children. Guy competition will be judged at 10am on Saturday in the village hall.

GREAT AYTON: Tuesday, November 5. Great Ayton Scouts’ bonfire and fireworks will take place at Fletcher’s Farm. Gates will open at 6.30pm with the bonfire lit at 6.45pm and fireworks at 7.15pm. The cost is £4 for adults and £2 for children to be paid at the gate. There will be refreshments on sale. There is some parking on site (don’t park on the lane) but you are encouraged to walk or be pushed there by a relative or friend wherever possible.

HARROGATE: Saturday November 2, starts 6pm, bonfire lit at 6.30pm, fireworks at 7pm, Outlands Stray, admission free.

HARROGATE: Saturday November 2, Harrogate Railway and Sports and Social Club, starts 5pm, fireworks start at 6:30pm, under 5s free, 5-15 year olds £1.16, over 15s £2.

KNAYTON: Sunday November 3, Friends of Knayton School, gates open at 5pm, fireworks at 6.15pm, admission £4 for adults and £2 for children, no sparklers, funds going to HRAP and Friends of Knayton School.

MASHAM: Saturday, November 2. Silent Bonfire at Swinton Bivouac, High Knowle, Knowle Ln, HG4 4JZ. Join the family-friendly party to celebrate gunpowder, treason and plot. Watch the bonfire and the lighting of The Guy with no loud bangs or fireworks, perfect for small children and dogs. The Bistro Cafe will be serving burgers and hot dogs with hot drinks and alcoholic beverages throughout the evening. Toast your own marshmallows, wrap up warm and don’t forget your gloves for the sparklers. The Guy will be lit at 6.30pm. The Bistro Café will be open all day into the evening. Free entry – food, drinks and sparklers as priced. No booking required.

MASHAM: Saturday, November 9. Masham Community Bonfire and Fireworks take place on the Holme, fire lit 6.30pm, fireworks 7pm. The committee needs help – if you can help setting up during the day, and/or help on the night, call 01765 688088.

RICHMOND: Tuesday, November 5, Richmond School. Gates open at 6pm and the display starts at 7pm. No sparklers, fireworks or pets allowed. There will also be a bucket collection during the evening.

REETH: Tuesday November 5, Village Green, Judging at 6pm, bonfire lit at 6:30m, display at 7:00, barbeque available throughout the evening, admission free, collection taken to support future events.

RIPON: Friday November 1, Ripon Racecourse, ample free car parking next to the course, gates open 5.30pm, bonfire will be lit at 7.00pm, fireworks display will begin at 7.30pm.

THIRSK: Saturday November 2, Thirsk Racecourse, gates open at 5.30pm, fireworks start at 7pm, admission is £10 for a family ticket, £5 for adults and £3 for under 16s, under 5s are free.

YORK: Tuesday November 5, Long Marston Village Hall, gates will open at 5.00pm, bonfire will be lit at 6.00pm and fireworks will be lit at 7.00pm, admission is £4 for adults, £2 for children between 4-15 and £10 for a family ticket, parking is available on site, sparklers are not allowed.

TEESSIDE

HARTLEPOOL: Tuesday November 5, Seaton Carew Clocktower, starts at 4.00pm, Junction between station lane Elizabeth Way closed from 6.15pm to 7.15pm, admission free, free park and ride to and from the event. Parking is limited

SKINNIGROVE: Tuesday November 5, taking place on the Sea Front, public address and music will be from 6.30pm, fireworks at 7.00pm with the bonfire will be lit at 7.30pm, admission free, will be taking public donations, road closed into village, the display will be circus themed as a tribute to Harry Cooper, free park and ride service from either Freebrough Academy or ASDA Skelton Supermarket.

GUISBOROUGH: Saturday November 2, Guisborough cricket club, gates open at 6.00pm, fireworks start at 7.30pm, admission for adults £5, £3 for children and family ticket for £12, cash only for tickets

STOCKTON-ON-TEES: Sunday November 3, Stockton’s Riverside, starts at 5pm, fireworks at 6:30pm, admission free, dedicated park and ride with Arriva for just £1 per ticket, they will depart every three minutes from either ASDA on Portrack Lane or Harveys.

REDCAR: Saturday November 2, held at Redcar Rugby Club, gates open at 5.30pm, admission £5.00 for an adult, £13.00 for a family ticket and £3.00 for concessions ticket, no on-site parking.
