Two climate activists interrupted a performance of “The Tempest” at the Theatre Royal in Drury Lane, featuring the 75-year-old “Alien” star.
The pair walked on stage carrying a sign that read “over 1.5 degrees is a global shipwreck.”
They launched a confetti cannon, prompting an announcement that the show would have to stop.
Weaver, seated on a chair, was escorted off stage amidst boos and some cheers from the audience.
